When PermitStack is the better buy
If you want a national API, daily drops, exclusive ZIP territories, or owner mailing addresses they attach, pay their published API or ZIP-lead price. We are not going to pretend a Monday CSV of two Florida jurisdictions is that product. We have no testimonials claiming we beat them on coverage, contacts, or volume.
When BayPermit Weekly is enough
If you already work Hillsborough and Tampa, you only need newly issued records, and you do not want appended contacts or a lead-spam file, $79/mo is the honest price for that narrower job. Filter roofing, pools, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, screens, or solar yourself. We will not invent rankings, testimonials, or extra counties to close the gap.
