Unincorporated Hillsborough County publishes its own issued-permit records. BayPermit Weekly pulls that official public feed, lines it up with the City of Tampa feed, and emails one CSV every Monday. $79/mo.
County is not the city
Hillsborough County building permits and City of Tampa building permits are different jurisdictions. A reroof in Plant City or unincorporated Brandon is not on the Tampa municipal list. A downtown Tampa commercial job is not on the county list. The Monday file includes both so you do not have to run two exports.

What you actually receive
Newly issued records from the past week. Columns follow what the county publishes that week: permit number, issue date, address, city, ZIP, permit type / work description, and declared value when present.
Contractor and owner names are copied only when Hillsborough County publishes them on that record. Those fields are often blank. We do not fill them from a license database or a phone append. If you need a named-contact lead product, this is the wrong file — see how that differs from PermitGrab.
What we do not cover
- Pinellas County, Pasco County, and Polk County are not in the file.
- We do not sell a Hillsborough-only SKU. The Monday CSV is county + City of Tampa.
