What is in the CSV
- Permit number and issue date
- Job address, city, ZIP as published
- Permit type / work description as published
- Declared job value when the source record includes it
- Contractor name and owner name only when the county or city publishes those fields. They are often blank. We do not invent names, scrape licenses, or append contacts.
Where the data comes from
Official public permit feeds from Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa. We pull newly issued records, normalize the columns into one file, and email it. We do not add data the source did not publish.
The county and the city are separate jurisdictions. The Monday file includes both. Read the Hillsborough County page and the City of Tampa page if you only care about one feed.
What this is not
- Not a lead list. No appended phone numbers or emails, no dialer file. If a name is not in the public record, it is not in the CSV.
- Not Pinellas, Pasco, or Polk. Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa only.
- Not real time. One file, once a week, on Monday — issued permits from the past week.
- Not scored or AI-qualified. You get the records and you decide.
Filter the file yourself
The subscription is the full issued-permit CSV, not a trade-specific lead product. Roofers, pool builders, and HVAC shops typically filter on permit type and work description after they open the file. See roofing permits, pool permits, and HVAC permits.
Honest caveats
Source portals sometimes post late. If a week is incomplete we say so in the email instead of quietly shipping a short file. Addresses come through exactly as the agencies record them, typos included.
If you want a daily, multi-metro lead product with appended contacts, that is a different product. We published an honest comparison at BayPermit vs PermitGrab.
