Tampa Hillsborough pool permits CSV

Pool and spa work shows up in the public issued-permit feeds when the county or city records it that way. BayPermit Weekly does not sell a pool-lead list. You get the Monday CSV of newly issued building permits for Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa, then you filter. $79/mo.

What “pool permit” means in this file

Rows are whatever the official feed labeled that week: pool, spa, swimming pool, or a broader residential permit whose work description mentions a pool. We do not maintain a private pool taxonomy and we do not promise every pool job in the metro appears under a clean type code. If the source left the description vague, the CSV is vague.

Issue date, address, and declared value (when present) come from the same public record. We do not add lot dimensions, liner vs gunite, or homeowner income.

Owner and contractor fields

Pool builders often want a property-owner name. We only include owner or contractor when Hillsborough County or the City of Tampa published that field on the issued record. Those cells are often empty. We will not scrape a property-appraiser site to fill them, and we will not append a phone number.

What you will not get

  • No Pinellas, Pasco, or Polk pool permits.
  • No daily pool-lead drip. One weekly issued file, on Monday.
  • No exclusive territory and no “hot pool leads” ranking claims.

Roofing and HVAC shops use the same file with a different filter — see roofing permits and HVAC permits. Checkout and full field list: Tampa Hillsborough issued building permits CSV.
