City feed
Tampa issued building permits CSV
City of Tampa building permits are a municipal feed, not the county list. BayPermit Weekly takes newly issued Tampa records from the city’s official public source, merges them with Hillsborough County issued permits, and sends one CSV on Monday. $79/mo.
City limits, not the whole metro
“Tampa permits” in search results often mixes three different things: City of Tampa jobs, unincorporated Hillsborough County jobs, and neighboring counties. This product only includes the first two. St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk are out of scope. We will not pad the file with them.
If you work inside Tampa city limits, you still want the county rows. Plenty of Tampa-area crews pull jobs just outside the municipal boundary. One Monday file is cheaper than two logins.
Issued, not “every filing this hour”
The CSV is newly issued building permits from the past week. It is not a real-time application tracker and not a code-violation feed. Issue date, address, permit type / work description, and value come through as the city published them.
Contractor and owner names appear only when the City of Tampa publishes them on that record. They are often blank. We do not claim a Tampa contractor roster or a homeowner phone list.
Trade filters stay in your spreadsheet
Need roofing, pool, or HVAC work inside the city? Filter the issued file by type and description. We do not sell a Tampa roofing-leads SKU, a Tampa pool-leads SKU, or a Tampa HVAC-leads SKU. Start from roofing, pools, or HVAC if that is the query you care about, then subscribe to the same Monday CSV. City standalone HVAC, electrical, or mechanical rows may be missing because Tampa planning layer 32 is single-family new and additions.
