When PermitGrab is the better buy
If you want daily drops, many cities, a UI with trade filters, and contact fields they have attached, pay their $149. We are not going to pretend a Monday CSV is that product. Their Tampa marketing also talks about code violations and contractor phones — we do not ship those.
When BayPermit Weekly is enough
If you already work Hillsborough and Tampa, you only need newly issued records, and you do not want a lead-spam file, $79/mo is the honest price for that narrower job. Filter roofing, pools, or HVAC yourself. We will not invent rankings, testimonials, or extra counties to close the gap.
