## BayPermit Weekly

BayPermit Weekly is $79/mo for one Monday email with a CSV of building permits issued in the past week in Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa. Records come from official public feeds. Columns typically include permit number, issue date, job address, city, ZIP, permit type / work description, and declared job value when the source includes it.

Contractor name and owner name appear only when the county or city publishes those fields. They are often blank. The file does not append phone numbers or emails, invent contacts, or scrape licenses.

Out of scope: Not Pinellas, Pasco, or Polk. Not a lead-spam list. Not real-time. Not scored or AI-qualified leads. No dashboard and no extra counties.
